About Us - Humanlink Finland Oy

Humanlink Finland Oy is a staffing company which operates in Finland and the Baltic countries. We are specialised in international expertise and offer temporary and permanent personnel according to the needs of our clients. Our mission is to be the main partner of our clients in all measures to improve their customer service and customer experience in which personnel are required. Our company also functions as a partner in outsourcing, particularly in the areas of sales promotion, support services for retail merchandising and tasks related to collecting and sending goods.

On-shelf availability and in-site staffing optimisation are the specific focus areas of our retail merchandising services. In these areas of activity, our operations also include training and consultation services.

The company started up in 2003 and was established by Jarkko Tainio and Toomas Sabsay. In the Baltic countries, the company operates under the names Ou Varumeesteenindus, Talent-Forum and Competence Forum. Our Baltic headquarters is located in Tallinn.

In 2007, our company was the largest employer of workers with a foreign background who already reside in Finland and pay their taxes there.
